通过一个建筑单体，爱慕时尚工厂展示的不仅是企业形象，也以此孕育行业先驱的品牌精髓。从建筑外部，室内，到景观都是一个整体并拥有统一的建筑语言。经过和甲方数年的合作探讨，终于呈现出这样一座建筑，项目也超越了一般工厂的含义，并荣获各大奖项和认可。

Representing the image of the company through a single large volume that cultivates the brand message of a leading enterprise, from the architecture to the interior and into the landscape one continuous story is told across the whole complex. The culmination of close collaboration with the client to evolve the brief and program has resulted in creating more than a factory and an award winning facility.

不只是一座厂房More Than A Factory 

为了提高爱慕的生产效率，Crossboundaries对行业进行了细致的分析研究。内容包括爱慕的产品，员工和访客在空间内的活动，更重要是人和空间关系背后的深层成因和过程。最终产生的这座现代化工厂，来源于中国的生活和工作基础——单位。
成立于1992年，爱慕集团成为中国业内的领军行业。Crossboundaries设计出一座多功能建筑，囊括了生产线、分配中心、储藏设施、质检中心、调研和发展部门，除此之外还有办公区域和会议中心。与厂方毗邻的是一座可以容纳600人的宿舍和再生区域。


To boost Aimer’s operational efficiency Crossboundaries responded with detail research to understand the how's and why's of Aimers goods, employees and visitors navigation within and between the spaces. The solution is a modern day business based on the Chinese live and work units - danwei.
Established in 1992, Aimer Lingerie is a leading Chinese company today. Now one single building houses their production line, distribution center, storage facility, quality control, research and development department, as well as offices and conference centre. Adjacent, a 600 person dormitory with recreational areas are located.

品牌展示Showcasing A Brand

随着爱慕在中国的蓬勃发展，其品牌需求也越来越急迫——需要一座让企业从产业公司转化成时尚中心的建筑。以增强品牌形象为目标，爱慕时尚工厂一方面扩宽了品牌视野，另一方面通过四个主要关键元素提高品牌效应——建筑，室内，景观和标识。
传递集团有力信息和******选择的需求最终产生了这样一座单体的四方形建筑。从建筑给人的第一印象，到包围建筑和融入中心的景观，都给集团部门和访客铸造了有力的沟通桥梁。

As Aimer grew rapidly in China, the need to upgrade its operation from a production-focused business to a genuine fashion brand was a necessity. Reinforcing the brand Aimer was conceived as a whole, reinforcing the vision and successes of the company, intersecting through all the four key elements of architecture, interior, landscape and signage.
The need for optimization and a strong message of unity resulted in a rectangular stand-alone building. From the first impression of the overall mass of the building, to the landscape that surrounds it and then tears through the center of it, forging communication between departments and a transparency to visitors.

为了工作设计的景观A Landscape for Working

在原本平坦的大楼顶部，向下在建筑内部置入空间，形成连接室内外的中庭。功能上更引入外部空气和阳光，在中庭设计的景观形成了工作之余休息的空间和机会，也提供了让办公管理区和厂房两个领域沟通交流的平台。
建筑内部则展示了综合区域和室内设计精髓。进入大厅首先看到的是精细白色长条镶嵌的楼梯，作为引入点带领访客开启后续建筑内部的旅程。各个部门和功能区域之间通过路径和图案连接，蜿蜒而上把访客引领导到户外景观区。

The cavernous void cutting through the center of the building brings a space to breath into the depths of the industrial building, an alternative landscape to the work environment, above a deck floats over head connecting the administrative offices to the factory floor.

Inside the landscape is interpreted as an integrated part and quality of the interior. Arriving in the grand lobby the focal point is the staircase veiled with slender white steles framing the threshold of the journey to the program beyond. Paths and patterns connect the departments and functional spaces, winding their way to the communal deck flowing out into the landscape of the cavernous void.
